Products & Services

Sutton Trading Post offers custom-made and personalized products including, but not limited to:

• Custom apparel

• DTF printed apparel

• Sublimated products

• Vinyl decals

• UV-DTF decals

• Stickers

• Magnets

• 3D printed items

• Home décor

• Personalized gifts

• Promotional products

• Custom signage

Because many products are custom-made, slight variations may occur between products and website images.

Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice due to supplier costs, material availability, shipping costs, or market conditions.

Applicable taxes will be added as required by Canadian law.

Payments

Payment is securely processed through Square and other approved payment providers.

Sutton Trading Post does not store or have access to customers' full payment information.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Full payment is required before production begins.

• Orders will not enter the production queue until payment is received.

• Unpaid invoices may be cancelled without notice.

Custom Orders

Most products sold by Sutton Trading Post are custom-made or personalized to customer specifications.

This includes:

• Apparel

• Decals

• Stickers

• 3D printed products

• Personalized gifts

• Custom décor

• Promotional items

Once production has started, custom orders are considered final.

Design Approval

Many orders include a digital mock-up or proof before production.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving:

• Spelling

• Grammar

• Names

• Dates

• Sizing

• Colours

• Placement

• Personalization details

Approval of a design constitutes acceptance of all details shown in the proof.

Sutton Trading Post is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

Digital Mock-Ups

Digital proofs and mock-ups are intended as visual representations only.

Final products may vary slightly due to:

• Screen settings

• Material differences

• Printing methods

• Product sizing

• Colour variations

• Manufacturing processes

These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Design & Artwork Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All custom designs, mock-ups, layouts, and artwork created by Sutton Trading Post remain the property of Sutton Trading Post.

• Purchase of a finished product does not transfer ownership of editable design files.

• Editable files including SVG, AI, PSD, Canva, or source files are not included unless specifically purchased.

Customer-Supplied Artwork

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any logos, images, artwork, trademarks, or copyrighted materials submitted for production.

Sutton Trading Post assumes no responsibility for copyright or trademark infringement related to customer-supplied content.

Production & Turnaround Times

Current turnaround time is typically 7–14 business days from payment approval and final design approval, unless otherwise stated.

Production times may vary depending on:

• Order volume

• Material availability

• Seasonal demand

• Supplier delays

• Holidays

• Family scheduling

• Circumstances beyond our control

Estimated turnaround times are not guarantees.

Rush Orders

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

Acceptance of rush orders is subject to:

• Current workload

• Material availability

• Production capacity

Rush fees are non-refundable.

Product Variations

Because many products are handmade, personalized, or custom-produced:

• Colours may vary slightly from screen displays.

• Fabric textures may differ.

• Vinyl placement may vary slightly.

• Wood grain patterns may differ.

• Minor variations are normal.

These variations do not qualify as defects.

3D Printed Products

3D printed products may contain:

• Layer lines

• Seams

• Surface texture variations

• Minor cosmetic imperfections

These are normal characteristics of the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.

Product Safety

Some products may contain small parts.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for its intended user.

Adult supervision is recommended when products are used by children.

Sutton Trading Post is not responsible for injuries, misuse, choking hazards, or damages resulting from improper use of products.

Apparel Care

Customers are responsible for following all care instructions provided.

Sutton Trading Post is not responsible for damage resulting from:

• Improper washing

• Excessive heat

• Bleach

• Commercial laundering

• Ironing directly on designs

• Failure to follow care instructions

Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Sutton Trading Post is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Canada Post

• Courier companies

• Customs processing

• Weather

• Labour disruptions

• Supplier delays

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect address.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available by appointment.

Customers will be notified when their order is ready.

Orders not collected within 90 days may be considered abandoned unless other arrangements have been made.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Custom and personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable once production begins.

Orders may only be cancelled or modified before production starts.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error by Sutton Trading Post, customers must contact Sutton Trading Post within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

Photographs may be required before replacement, repair, store credit, or refund options are considered.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sutton Trading Post's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the product purchased.

Sutton Trading Post shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of any product.

Product Photography & Marketing

Sutton Trading Post may photograph completed products for:

• Portfolio use

• Website content

• Social media

• Advertising

• Promotional purposes

Personal information will not intentionally be shared without permission.

Customers may request in writing that their order not be used for promotional purposes.

Unresponsive Customers

If a customer fails to respond to design proofs, approval requests, or communications for more than 90 days, Sutton Trading Post reserves the right to close the order.

Any design work completed, materials ordered, deposits paid, or production costs incurred remain non-refundable.

Website Information

While every effort is made to ensure website information is accurate, errors may occasionally occur regarding:

• Pricing

• Availability

• Product descriptions

• Specifications

Sutton Trading Post reserves the right to correct errors and cancel or adjust orders affected by such errors.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Sutton Trading Post shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

• Severe weather

• Natural disasters

• Power outages

• Supplier shortages

• Shipping disruptions

• Illness

• Family emergencies

• Government restrictions

Privacy

Customer information is collected only as necessary to process orders, provide customer service, and communicate regarding purchases.

Sutton Trading Post does not sell, rent, or share customer information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Payment information is securely processed through third-party payment providers.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.

Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchases made from Sutton Trading Post shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
